1. We do without warehousing

We produce to order. This not only reduces transport costs, but also storage costs. These can account for up to 25% of a mattress. So that we can still deliver to you quickly, we have a daily inventory that is precisely calculated using the latest software.

2. Lean structure & small team

Small office, small motivated team working from home and modern tools and software for efficient processes. This also enabled us to reduce costs by more than 15% per mattress. Sounds easy, and it (actually) is!

3. Leverage standards

Maybe it sounds boring but ensures even lower costs. We use recycled standard cardboard boxes, do without brand labels and use popular premium foams so that we can always pass on volume advantages directly to you.

4. Lean Marketing

We don't need expensive TV campaigns or overpriced influencers, which are ultimately financed by the customer. Satisfied customers are our ace up our sleeve, through our referral program EVERYONE receives a €15 payment in the event of a successful recommendation. 5. Low return rate

Usually an expensive affair, the customer ultimately bears the cost without getting a better product in return. However, since we use premium foams with a high density and height, there is hardly any reason why our customers would have to return. Our very low return rate therefore not only speaks for our high mattress quality but also saves costs at the same time, which we can pass on directly to our customers.
