Our returns concept

We attach great importance to transparency and the avoidance of unnecessary costs, also in terms of sustainability:

The most important thing is of course avoiding returns, this allows us to offer you the mattresses cheaply, since there are fewer return costs, and it is also more sustainable, since additional transport is avoided.

1. High quality = fewer returns

In the world of mattresses, this is particularly important, since mattresses are particularly expensive to return. Since we set our mattress quality very high, the product costs increase but at the same time the costs for returns decrease. Of course, the effect doesn't balance out completely, but you get a much better mattress without having to pay much more for it.

2. Classic exchange possible

In contrast to the usual mattress online trade, we offer a normal 14-day exchange period.

The background is as follows: Many of our customers have no need to exchange the mattress again and therefore do not have to bear the costs for it. If the mattress has been tested with family, friends or when visiting, it is usually clear that the mattress fits perfectly. Many customers recommend our mattress because it is usually already optimal for many preferences and body types. If you already know that the mattress is perfect for you, why should you bear the cost of an unneeded test sleep? Especially since 14 nights are usually enough to test the comfort of your mattress.

Nevertheless, sometimes it just doesn't fit and a mattress has to be sent back. In this case we are of course also there for you.

3. Off to the mattress bag

We will send you a mattress bag in which you can simply wrap the mattress and zip it up. This protects the mattress and will then be delivered to our preparation service.

4. Second chance program

The mattresses you return will be checked, refreshed and, if necessary, partially renewed by us. Your mattresses will then be distributed to resale and donation programs, provided they meet all of the eligibility requirements. Resold mattresses partially compensate for the high return transport costs and donation programs are also cheaper than special disposal. Both contribute to reducing costs and thus also to cheaper mattresses for you. A first step towards sustainability has also been taken.
